PRELIMINARY MAP

16.12.010 Procedure.
Prior to the filing of a tentative map, a subdivider may submit preliminary maps, plans and other information concerning a proposed or contemplated development to the planning department. Within thirty days, the planning department will schedule a conference with the subdivider and make recommendations as proper. The planning department will recommend consultation by the subdivider with the appropriate public or private agencies. (Ord. 10-16-75 § (100.300))
16.12.020 Optional.
