A. Knowingly applying oil to a street or alley without a permit issued by the City in accordance with this Chapter shall be considered a Class C misdemeanor offense, subject to the limitations of AMC 1.08.

B. Knowingly applying unapproved or contaminated oil to a street or alley shall be considered a Class C misdemeanor offense, subject to the limitations of AMC 1.08.

C. Any violation of the requirements of this chapter, not addressed in A and B above, including violation of the terms and conditions of a permit, shall be a Class I violation as defined by AMC 1.08 and punishable as set forth in that section. (Ord. 3028, amended, 08/03/2010)
