The time between twelve (12) midnight on Saturday, and twelve (12) midnight on Sunday, shall not be considered in the enforcement of this chapter, nor shall any goods be purchased, pawned, pledged, redeemed, or sold by any secondhand dealer or pawnbroker, or received in pledge during such hours.
