FRAUD ON INNKEEPERS

9.22.010 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to obtain, with intent to defraud, food, lodging or other accommodations at any hotel, apartment house, boarding house, tourist camp or restaurant. It is unlawful for any person who, after having obtained such food, lodging or other accommodations at any hotel, apartment house, or tourist camp, surreptitiously to remove his baggage and clothing from such hotel, apartment house, boarding house or tourist camp without first paying or tendering payment for such food, lodging, or other accommodations.
