9.54.010 Drinking in public places.

It is unlawful for any person to drink any intoxicating liquor upon any street or in any public place; provided, however, that nothing contained in this section applies to the drinking of any intoxicating liquor in any establishment or its associated sidewalk cafe wherein the same may be sold for premises consumption under the laws of the state. 9.54.030 Dealings with intoxicated persons.

It is unlawful for any pawnbroker, junk dealer, chattel-loan broker or any person to purchase property from any person who is in an intoxicated condition or under the influence of any narcotic drug, or to advance or to loan money to such person or to have any dealings with any such person respecting the title of property.
