Chapter 1.10
INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM
Sections:
1.10.010 State law.
Oregon State law, including, but not limited to, ORS Chapters 221 and 250, including any future amendments thereto, shall govern the initiative and referendum procedures for the city of Coos Bay, except as set forth herein. [Ord. 379 § 2, 2005].
1.10.020 Elector to propose.
An initiative or referendum must be proposed by an elector qualified to vote in the city of Coos Bay. [Ord. 379 § 3, 2005].
