PEDESTRIANS

(1) No pedestrian shall cross a street other than within a crosswalk in blocks where crosswalks are marked.
(2) Where there is no marked crosswalk, no pedestrian shall cross a street at any place other than by the most direct route to the opposite curb. [Ord. 114 § 46, 1987].
10.25.020 Pedestrian walking.
Where sidewalks are provided, no pedestrian shall walk along and upon the adjacent roadway. [Ord. 114 § 47, 1987].
