VIOLATION--PENALTY

10.40.010 Violation--Penalty.
A person convicted of a violation under any chapter of this title shall be punished by the imposition of a fine not to exceed the penalty prescribed by state law. (Ord. 3038 (Exh. A)(part), 2013)
