2.28.010 Summary.

Pursuant to ORS 190.085, enacted in 1991, each of the parties to an intergovernmental agreement creating an intergovernmental entity is required to enact an ordinance ratifying the creation of the intergovernmental entity. Crook County wishes to participate in an intergovernmental entity to be known as Central Oregon Law Enforcement Services (COLES) which shall provide coordinated responses to common law enforcement issues in Central Oregon. (Ord. 136 § 1, 1999)

2.28.020 Repeal.

The Crook County court has the authority to repeal this chapter with 90 days’ written notice to Deschutes and Jefferson Counties, the cities of Bend, Madras, Prineville and Redmond and Black Butte Service District. (Ord. 136 § 2, 1999)
