WEIGHT LIMITS

10.04.010 Weight limits.
(1) The load limit established for Sunset Road shall be 14 tons;
(2) School buses are exempt from this section;
(3) The penalty established for the violation and conviction under this section shall be $200.00 for each violation and shall be enforced by the Crook County sheriff’s department;
(4) The circuit court within the county of Crook, state of Oregon, shall have jurisdiction over any criminal action brought under this section. (Ord. 75, 1993)
