1.16.010 Manner of numbering.

Commencing after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, all ordinances and resolutions shall be designated by having the first two numbers indicate the year upon which the ordinance or resolution is passed, thereafter followed by a hyphen and thereafter followed by a number which indicates the sequence upon which the ordinance or resolution was passed in relation to all other ordinances or resolutions passed in the same year. For example, the first ordinance or resolution passed after the ordinance codified in this chapter would be indicated as “97-01.” [Ord. 3010 § 1, 1997.]
