MOWING OF VACANT LOTS

8.20.010 Rates.
The following rates will be charged by the city of Culver for mowing vacant lots within city limits:
A. The city shall charge for the first hour of mowing at a rate to be established by city council resolution.
B. The city may charge for each additional hour after the first hour at a rate to be established by city council resolution.
C. In addition to the charges listed in this section, there shall be a cost charged to repair mowing equipment which may be assessed if the lots mowed are not cleared of any debris and, as a result of neglect by the property owner, damage is done to the city’s equipment.
