16.10.010 Development code as separate document.

The Sisters Development Code has been and will continue to be maintained as a separate document, with its own organization and numbering system. [Ord. 480 § 3 (Exh. A), 2017].

The term “code” as used in the Sisters Municipal Code includes both the Sisters Municipal Code and the Sisters Development Code. The term “development code” will refer to the Sisters Development Code. [Ord. 480 § 3 (Exh. A), 2017].
