CONTRACT REVIEW BOARD

Pursuant to ORS Chapter 279A, the city council of the city of Coos Bay is hereby continued as the local contract review board for the city. The board shall have all powers granted it by ORS Chapters 279A, 279B and 279C. [Ord. 365 § 1, 2005].
2.10.020 Rules of the board.
The board shall have the authority to adopt rules to carry out its powers and duties, including the authority to modify and/or amend such rules. Such rules may be adopted by ordinance or resolution. [Ord. 365 § 2, 2005].
