109.01 Addition of the Pennsylvania Treasury INVEST Program to the list of authorized investments available for city funds.
The Pennsylvania Treasury INVEST Program is hereby added to the list of lawful vehicles for the investment and management of city funds as such list may now or hereafter be authorized and prescribed by applicable statutes or regulations. (Ord. 3543 § 1, 1999)
