It shall be the duty of every swap meet licensee to report to the chief of police any article he has reason to believe was stolen or lost by another party and found by the person attempting to sell it. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 10-20-87A § 15; Ord. 10-6-87A § 15)
