Uniformed category one peace officers of the city shall be hired by the swap meet licensee to be present at each swap meet to ensure that the provisions of this chapter are complied with and that other applicable city ordinances and state statutes are not violated. The number of officers required shall be as follows:

One officer shall be required for all swap meets for the first one hundred fifty sellers or fraction thereof. One additional officer may be required for each additional one hundred fifty sellers or fraction thereof. (Ord. 10/28/2003O-12 (part); Ord. 10-20-87A § 17; Ord. 10-6-87A § 17)
