A. It is unlawful for alcoholic beverages to be given, sold, or otherwise supplied to any person under the age of twenty-one years, but this shall not apply to supplying liquor to such person for medicinal purposes only by the parent or guardian of such person or to the administering of liquor to such person by a physician in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.

B. It is unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one years to have possession of beer or any intoxicating liquor. (Code 1975 § 13-325)
