9.46.020 Prostitution.
This section is included in your selections.
A. A person is guilty of prostitution when:
1. He engages or offers or agrees to engage in any sexual activity with another person for a fee; or
2. Is an inmate of a house of prostitution; or
3. Loiters in or within view of any public place for the purpose of being hired to engage in sexual activity.
B. Prostitution is a class B misdemeanor. (Code 1975 § 13-1302)
