2.35.010 City attorney.
(1) Establishment. There is hereby created in and for Riverton City, the office of Riverton City attorney, which shall be filled by appointment of the city council as determined by majority vote in a resolution adopted expressly therefor.
(2) Term. The Riverton City attorney shall serve until removed, with or without cause, by a majority vote of the Riverton City council.
(3) Compensation. The Riverton City attorney shall serve at the rate of compensation as expressly adopted and approved by the governing body. [Code 1997 § 3-9-31.]
