1.20.010 Corporate name.

The official and legal name of this municipal corporation is and shall be “West Point City.” For any purposes necessary, the words “municipal corporation” may be added to designate the municipal character of the city. [Code 2000 § 2-1-1].

1.20.020 Corporate seal.

The official corporate seal of West Point City is hereby adopted and shall hereafter be the official corporate seal of West Point City. The facsimile of said seal is as follows:
