The term “director” means the director of the city’s designated animal control services contract or any other person designated by the city as an officer who is authorized to perform duties of the director specified by this title. (Ord. 2018-06 § 1 (Exh. A (part)); Ord. 2012-12 § 2 (Exh. A (part)))
