“Identification” means a pet license or identification tag which is attached to the collar or harness of an animal; a microchip implanted as recommended by the manufacturer for the specific species; or a tattoo, or other livestock identification such as ear tags, brands, etc. (Ord. 2018-06 § 1 (Exh.
