PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING SAFETY PURCHASE AND REMODEL FUND, 2023

3.100.010 Fund established.
There is hereby created a capital projects fund to be known as the “public safety building safety and remodel fund, 2023” as prescribed by the Washington State Auditor’s Office in RCW 43.09.200. (Ord. C-1027 § 2, 2024)
3.100.020 Sources of funds.
Moneys to be deposited into this fund include all proceeds from the sale of the bonds. Interest earnings on moneys invested from this fund shall be deposited into such fund. (Ord. C-1027 § 3, 2024)
3.100.030 Use of funds.
The moneys in the fund shall be used to pay the costs of the public safety building. (Ord. C-1027 § 4, 2024)
