GENERAL PENALTY

1.12.010 Designated.
Any person violating any provision or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of any ordinance of the city now in force or enacted subsequent hereto or as now codified or hereafter codified is guilty of a misdemeanor. Except in cases where different punishment is specifically prescribed by any ordinance enacted subsequent to the date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the ordinances of the city shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $250.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. 1.12.020 Separate offense.
Each such person is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of the city is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he is punishable accordingly. (Ord. 86-375 § 1(B), 1986)
