17.32.010 Violation – Penalty.
Violators of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each parcel illegally sold or transferred shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 85-342 § 8(A), 1985)
17.32.020 Injunctive relief.
The city may pursue injunctive relief against violations and tax the cost of such action against the violator. (Ord. 85-342 § 8(B), 1985)
17.32.030 County auditor not to file plats in violation.
The county auditor shall refuse to accept for filing any segregation of land in violation of this title. (Ord. 85-342 § 8(C), 1985)
