OFFICIAL BONDS1

2.48.010 Designated.

A. Effective January 1, 1987, the following appointive officials of the city shall provide official bonds in the amount of $50,000:

1. City clerk;

2. Finance director,

3. Chief of police;

4. Payroll clerk;

5. Buyer.

B. The premiums on the above bonds are to be paid by the city. (Ord. 4476 § 1, 1990; Ord. 4190 § 2, 1986.)
