REIMBURSABLE LABOR RATES

3.18.010 Rates.

For all reimbursable labor for design, plan review, inspection, and technical services for the city, state, federal, developer-funded projects, city utilities, and for other work that might occur from time to time, shall be charged at a rate of 1.8 times the direct labor rate. (Ord. 4675 § 2, 1994.)

3.18.020 Responsibility.

The public works director is authorized to set in place the rates specified in ACC 3.18.010 commencing July 1, 1994. Each year thereafter, and effective on January 1st of each year, the rates shall be adjusted to accommodate any salary changes. The director of public works shall compute the rates so as to fully recover city costs including direct salary, benefits, industrial insurance, annual and sick leave, holidays, indirect labor, and vehicle rental.
