PROJECT REVIEW TIME PERIODS

Regardless of whether any period is minimum or maximum, when any permit review, notice or decision time limit of this title terminates upon a weekend or city holiday, such time limit shall automatically be extended to the first weekday following the weekend or city holiday. (Ord. 4835 § 1, 1996.)
