SNOW REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS

12.40.010 Requirement.

Every person occupying or controlling any lot or lots within the city limits shall remove, within 24 hours, all ice and snow from sidewalks abutting on such lot or lots, and any violation of this chapter shall be enforced in accordance with Chapter 1.25 ACC.
