VETERANS MEMORIAL

9.70.010 Regulations.
A. It is unlawful for any person to ride, propel, drive or direct any self-propelled or motorized equipment, including but not limited to bicycles, skates, skateboards, scooters, motorcycles, Segways, all-terrain vehicles or go-carts or automobiles or trucks, on the Battle Ground Veterans Memorial located at Kiwanis Park.
B. Vandalism. It is unlawful for any person to vandalize any of the facilities known as Veterans Memorial at Kiwanis Park.
C. It is unlawful for any parent, guardian or person standing in the place of parent or guardian to permit any child under the age of eighteen years who is under their care to violate any part of this section. (Ord. 17-12 § 1 (part), 2017: Ord. 15-14 § 3 (part), 2015)
9.70.020 Violation—Penalty.
Violation of this chapter is a Class 1 civil infraction in accordance with RCW 7.80.120, with a monetary penalty of one hundred fifty dollars for a first violation and two hundred fifty dollars for a second or subsequent violation. (Ord. 17-12 § 1 (part), 2017: Ord. 15-14 § 3 (part), 2015)
