ENGINEERING STANDARDS

15.10.010 Adopted.
The Standard Specifications for Municipal Public Works Construction and Supplement No. 1 prepared by the Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works Association, published in 1977, is hereby adopted as the engineering standard of the town of Beaux Arts Village, Washington, for regulating the construction and maintenance of all public works, including streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water distribution and transmission, bridges, structures and other public works. 15.10.020 Copy on file.
A copy of said standard specifications is on file and shall hereafter remain on file in the office of the town clerk and is available for public inspection. [Ord. 129 § 2, 1978]
15.10.030 Future amendments.
All future amendments, additions of corrections to the standard specifications adopted by this chapter shall be deemed accepted as amendments, additions or corrections thereto. [Ord. 129 § 3, 1978]
