15.05.010 Adopted.

15.05.020 Severability.
If any section or provision of this chapter or the energy code, or its application to any person or circumstance, is declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter or the codes adopted thereby.
