8.32.010 Ground vibrations prohibited when.
No one shall, in a residential, manufacturing or commercial district, produce ground vibrations recurrently generated to be perceptible without instruments at any point of the lot line on which the use is located. (Ord. 454 § 10(1), 1977).
8.32.020 Heat, glare, smoke and radiation.
Concerning the regulation of heat, glare, smoke or radiation in a residential, commercial, manufacturing district: no one shall operate anything that emits an obnoxious or dangerous degree of heat, glare, radiation or smoke. (Ord. 454 § 10(2), 1977).
8.32.030 Outdoor storage.
Concerning outdoor storage, every use in a residential, commercial or manufacturing district shall be so operated that:
A. With the exception of existing bulk storage tanks, no highly flammable or explosive liquids, solids or gases shall be stored in bulk aboveground. Tanks or drums of fuel directly connected with heating devices or appliances located on the same lot as the tanks or drums of fuel are excluded from this provision.
B. All outdoor storage facilities for fuel, raw material and products shall be enclosed by a fence, greenbelt or wall that will conceal such facilities from adjacent property.
C. No material or waste shall be deposited upon the lot in such a form or manner that they may be transferred off the lot by natural causes or forces.
D. All materials or waste which might cause fumes or dust which constitute a fire hazard or which may be edible or otherwise be attractive to rodents or insects shall be stored outdoors only in closed containers. (Ord. 454 § 10(3), 1977).
8.32.040 Crowd-causing property uses.
Any use of property abutting on public streets which causes large crowds which obstruct traffic shall be considered a nuisance. Use of whistles, rattles, bells, gongs, clappers, hammers, drums, sound trucks, horns or other mechanical devices that violate BLMC 8.32.020 and 8.32.030 shall be considered nuisances. 8.32.050 Swimming pools.
All swimming pools shall be fenced and protected from entry by unauthorized persons. (Ord. 454 § 10(5), 1977).
