17.36.010 Title for citation.

Chapters 17.36 through 17.52 BLMC shall be known as the “Bonney Lake short subdivision ordinance” and may be cited as such. (Ord. 766 § 2, 1998).

17.36.020 Statutory authority.

The Bonney Lake short subdivision ordinance is adopted pursuant to Chapter 58.17 RCW. (Ord. 766 § 2, 1998).

17.36.030 Definitions.

As used in Chapters 17.36 through 17.52 BLMC the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

A. “Lot” means a fractional part of an area subdivided, having fixed boundaries and being of sufficient area and dimensions to meet minimum zoning requirements. The term shall include tract and parcel.

B. “Short plat” means a map or pictorial representation of a short subdivision.

C. “Short subdivision” means the division of land into nine or less lots, tracts, parcels, sites or subdivisions for the purpose of sale or lease. (Ord. 766 § 2, 1998).
