17.52.010 Minimum number of lots.

It is unlawful to divide land in Bonney Lake into nine or less lots, except in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 17.36 through 17.52 BLMC or Ordinance No. 386*, the city’s subdivision ordinance, codified in Chapters 17.08 through 17.52 BLMC. (Ord. 766 § 2, 1998).

*Code reviser’s note: Ordinance 766 repeals Ordinance 386 and sets out new subdivision provisions.

17.52.020 Time limitation on subdividing.

The area included in an approved short subdivision shall not be further subdivided in any manner within a period of five years from date of approval of such short subdivision except in accordance with the city subdivision ordinance. However, when the short plat contains fewer than nine lots, nothing in this section shall prevent the owner from filing an application within the five-year period to create up to a total of nine lots within the original short plat boundaries, in accordance with applicable zoning regulations. 17.52.040 Severability.

If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this title shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this title.
