9.36.015 Possession of drug paraphernalia.

It is unlawful for any person to possess drug paraphernalia, as defined in RCW 69.50.102. A person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1194 § 2, 2006).

9.36.020 Aiding and abetting – Penalty.

Any person who counsels, aids or abets a violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 703 § 2, 1995).

9.36.030 Forfeitures.

Forfeited property and net proceeds retained by the city pursuant to RCW 69.20.505 shall be retained in the forfeitures fund created and maintained by Chapter 3.72 BLMC, and used only as directed therein. (Ord. 744 § 1, 1997).
