EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

2.34.010 Employee life insurance.
Department heads and regular full-time nonunion employees shall receive a $50,000 life insurance coverage. (Ord. 1647 § 2, 2021; Ord. 681, 1994).
2.34.020 Educational premiums – Police chief and assistant police chief.
The police chief and assistant police chief shall receive an educational premium of $250.00 annually for holding BA degrees. (Ord. 1647 § 2, 2021; Ord. 926 § 1, 2002; Ord. 684 § 1, 1994).
2.34.030 Police department – Uniform allowance.
The police chief and assistant police chief shall receive a uniform allowance comparable to the union contract for the police department. (Ord. 1647 § 2, 2021; Ord. 926 § 2, 2002; Ord. 851 § 4, 2000; Ord. 684 § 2, 1994).
2.34.040 Matching contributions to deferred compensation plan.
Repealed by Ord. 986. (Ord. 951 § 1, 2002).
