CLAIMS FUND

3.04.040 Transfers from insolvent funds.
3.04.010 Created.
There is created and established a fund to be known as the “claims fund.” (Ord. 246 § 1, 1967).
3.04.020 Source of moneys.
Moneys may be paid into the fund from time to time from any funds which are available, and warrants upon the fund may be issued and paid in payment of claims against the city for any purpose. (Ord. 246 § 2, 1967).
3.04.030 Recordkeeping.
The accounts of the city shall be so kept that they shall show the department or departments and the respective amounts for which the warrant is issued and paid. (Ord. 246 § 3, 1967).
3.04.040 Transfers from insolvent funds.
Transfers from an insolvent fund to the claims fund shall be by warrant. (Ord. 246 § 4, 1967).
