2.52.010 Created – Membership.

A. Creation. The city creates a planning commission, in this chapter referred to as the commission.
B. Membership and Terms.
1. In order to provide for continuity of membership, members shall be assigned a position number. The initial term of each position shall start March 1, 1996, and expire on the last day of April of the year as set forth below, with subsequent terms being for four years each, and until the successor is appointed and confirmed:
Position 1: 1998
Position 2: 1998
Position 3: 1997
Position 4: 1999
Position 5: 1999
Position 6: 2000
