2.04.010 Powers and duties related to council-manager form of government.

The powers and duties of the city manager, appointed by the city council during the period that the council-manager plan of government is in effect in the city, shall be co-extensive with those powers and duties prescribed by the laws of the state now in force or as hereafter amended. (Ord. 826 § 1, 1977).

2.04.020 Appointment powers.

The city manager shall appoint the members of and fill vacancies on such boards and/or commissions as shall be specifically delineated by ordinance. (Ord. 1008 § 1, 1981; Ord. 957 § 1, 1980; Ord. 713 § 2, 1974).
