2.16.010 Office established – Appointment.

There is established the office of city clerk, to be filled or vacated by appointment or removal by the city manager. (Ord. 826 § 2 (A), 1977).

2.16.020 Powers and duties.

The city clerk shall have all of the powers granted and duties imposed by authority of the laws of the state and ordinances of the city now existing or subsequently adopted, subject to the general supervision and control of the city manager. (Ord. 826 § 2(B), 1977).
