PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION FUND

3.06.100 ESTABLISHED.
The City Treasurer of the City of Bremerton is hereby authorized and directed to establish a special fund to be known as the "Public Access Television Fund" to be used for capital and operation of the public access program. (Ord. 4683, Added, 12/31/1999)
3.06.200 TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer to that fund any and all monies now held by the City for the benefit of Public Access Television. (Ord. 4683, Added, 12/31/1999)
3.06.300 ADDITIONAL FUNDS.
Any additional funds received by the City, which are committed to Public Access Television, shall be paid into the Public Access Television Fund. (Ord. 4683, Added, 12/31/1999)
