DEFERRED COMPENSATION FUND

3.96.010 CREATED.
There is created a fund of the City, known as the "Deferred Compensation Fund" which shall be under the direction of the Mayor and the City Treasurer and which shall be used for the sole purpose of providing for the proper accounting and financial reporting of the City deferred compensation plan, as adopted by Resolution No. 1649 and amended by Resolution Nos. 1871 and 1918.
