The city of Brewster adopts the classification of a noncharter code city pursuant to the provisions of Title 35A of the Revised Code of Washington. (Ord. 481 § 1, 1987)
1.10.020 Government and operations.
The city of Brewster shall retain the council-mayor plan of government under which the city is presently and has historically operated; provided, however, that hereafter the government and operation of the city of Brewster shall be pursuant to RCW Title 35A. (Ord. 481 § 2, 1987)
1.10.030 Copy to be provided.
The city clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter to the Office of the Secretary of State pursuant to RCW 35A.02.040. (Ord. 481 § 3, 1987)
