9.24.010 Description of liquor offenses—Interpretation of language.

In describing an offense pertaining to liquor, beer or any intoxicating beverage, it shall be sufficient to simply state those matters required by RCW 66.44.040 and for that purpose RCW 66.44.040 shall apply as if fully written in this chapter. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)

9.24.020 Buying liquor illegally.

Any person who buys alcoholic beverages from any person other than the State Liquor Board, a state liquor store, or some person authorized by the State Liquor Board to sell them shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)

9.24.030 Illegal possession and transportation of alcoholic beverages.

Any person having, keeping or transporting alcoholic beverages other than those purchased from the State Liquor Board, a state liquor store, or a person authorized by the State Liquor Board to sell them shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)

9.24.040 Opening or consuming liquor in public place.

No person shall open the package containing liquor or consume liquor in a public place within the corporate limits of the town. Penalty for this offense, upon conviction, shall be a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)

9.24.050 Sales to persons apparently under the influence of liquor.

No person shall sell any liquor to any person apparently under the influence of liquor. (Ord. 383 (part), 1979)
