2.06.010 Certifying officer.
The finance director of the city shall be the certifying officer for the city. (Ord. 566 § 1 (part), 2006)
2.06.020 Treasurer and city clerk functions.
The finance director of the city shall perform the duties typically performed by that of a city treasurer and shall serve as the city clerk for the city as that term is defined in RCW 35A.12.020. (Ord. 566 § 1 (part), 2006)
