FIRE TRUCK RESERVE FUND

3.22.030 Administration authority.
3.22.010 Established.
There is established in the treasury of the city a fund to be known as the fire truck reserve fund. (Ord. 585 § 1 (part), 2008: Ord. 290 § 1, 1981)
3.22.020 Use.
Funds placed in the fire truck reserve fund shall be used for the purpose of replacing city fire trucks and fire equipment. (Ord. 585 § 1 (part), 2008: Ord. 342, 1986; Ord. 290 § 2, 1981)
3.22.030 Administration authority.
The city clerk/treasurer is designated as the official whose duty it is to administer the fund. (Ord. 585 § 1 (part), 2008: Ord. 290 § 3, 1981)
