The list of prohibited animals includes, but is not limited to, pigs, hogs, swine, sheep, goats, roosters, ducks, geese, swans, peacocks, rabbits, hares, horses, asses, mules, cattle or exotic animals of any kind or description. The city council reserves the right and declares that certain exceptions to this chapter may be granted to permit the staging of a rodeo show, horse racing meet, or other community activity which may warrant the lifting of the restrictions of this chapter for the benefit of the citizens, visitors, tourists, and guests of the community. Any exception granted by the city council shall only pertain to the particular event to which the exception vote of the council clearly pertains. (Ord. 687 § 2 (part), 2018)

(Ord. 687 § 2 (part), 2018)

6.04.040 Sick animals.

(Ord. 687 § 2 (part), 2018)
