10.08.010 Twenty-five miles per hour—Portion of State Route 173.

10.08.015 Speed limits on State Route 173.
The maximum speed limit on State Route 173 within the city limits is established as follows:
A. From milepost 0.00, at the southeast end of the city, northwesterly to milepost 0.61, at the intersection of Nineteenth Street, a distance of 0.61 miles: thirty miles per hour.
B. From milepost 0.61, at the intersection of Nineteenth Street northwesterly to milepost 1.81, at the west corporate limits, a distance of 1.20 miles: twenty-five miles per hour.
C. From milepost 1.81, at the west corporate limits northwesterly to milepost 2.24, at the northwest corporate limits, a distance of 0.43 miles: fifty miles per hour. (Ord. 640 § 3, 2013)

10.08.030 Violations.
